Meditation and concentration! Develop the skill of observation and wire new knowledge in the brain- “we cant perceive anything new in our reality unless we wire it in there”- learn as much as you can about quantum physics.

Good questions
I've loved Dr. Joe from the moment I discovered him. However, learning of his connection to the Ramtha School of Enlightenment has brought me to an unfortunate screeching halt. Additionally, I read, but have not verified, that the movie
What The Bleep… was the work of three Ramtha School of Enlightenment people. I do not want to throw the baby out with the bath water, but I have to question things appropriately. There is a video of Ramtha's former body guard and another former staffer that is worth watching on Youtube. There is NOTHING I find trustworthy about this woman after watching her videos and for Dr. Joe to have spent so many years with her school is concerning.
Two thoughts: 1) Could Dr. Joe's back injury have healed on its own without any meditation? Plenty of people heal from all sorts of accidents every day without meditation. 2) I think it's odd that out of loads of videos I've watched of Dr. Joe, he NEVER mentions any wife or ex-wife. I wonder what her thoughts are.
On the other hand, I find Dr. Bruce Lipton to be quite trustworthy and don't see him as wanting to associate himself with possible quacks so it tips the scale for me ever so slightly back in the other direction. Even if Dr. Joe's work is completely correct, I do not like the idea of it being associated with the self absorbed, bloviating, multiple face lifted JZ Knight. Thoughts of a money making ring come to mind that only the likes of government could come up with.
When we are forced to do anything it is bad stress. When we really want to do something it is good stress. Stress means force. To be forced or not to be forced. Get it !!!
the brain is just a blob of matter. The mind is not the brain. This quantum field idea is in fact the mind. There is no space in the mind. there is space in the brain. We can measure the brain. We cannot measure the mind.
