The Mindful Movement

Today I will be guiding you to be an observer of where you are in this present moment, to slow down and go within to be curious about your physical sensations as well as your emotional well being. Often times, all it takes is stepping back from a situation where the habit is reaction so you can simply be aware of a moment and respond more in alignment with your true self. You can see the present moment for what it is and trust the journey.

The symbolism of winter invites us to quiet the mind. It invites us to wrap up in warmth and find stillness of our soul, to seek out serenity.

Look for the seasons to change, the energy to shift. Trust the journey.

  7. Where I live, the summer is the time I go inward. And that is the time of year that I found this meditation— so, perfect. Summer is coming to an end and I love when the cool sweeps down from the north again and the window shades can stay up all day. The period of introspection shifts to outward expression for me in fall. Thank you for this reminder that it is coming and the alignment to self and love this meditation brings.

    These are great meditation s. I was doing meditation by myself, But I enjoy these guided meditations much better. I get very deep results much better with guided versus doing it by myself. And I walk away very,very relaxed. Than you

    This one caught my eye once again this morning. While we're at the opposite time of year as this one was recorded around the winter solstice and we're 2 days away from the summer solstice of 2019, the message of slowing down and taking time to dream and engaging in profound self-care is just as relevant. ?

    This is most loved guided meditation ,I do regular at least 3 times a week,n love doing this,
    I have a question in my mind that why u express abt winter season ,as I m from India we don't have winter for long periods of time,

  23. Thank you. I have been using various 20 minute meditations to help me get my high blood pressure down. Some were helpful but I felt I needed to keep searching. Today I found yours and had the lowest blood pressure reading after completing it. I appreciate what you have given us.
