    For a moment there I felt like time stopped & all I felt & saw was calm white light. It stayed in my mind & I felt as if breathing is not even necessary for I am always alive. Very calming & relaxing. Thank you

  14. I wish she’d stop saying that there’s nothing I need to do, because it reminds me of all the stuff I need to do.

  15. I enjoyed it but I would have appreciated even more to have a little less talking or more moments of silence in-between the breathing exercises to really be present.

  20. I like how I noticed how quiet my house is after the meditation. It always amazes me how much over thinking can cause what I like to call white noise.

    I was told by my teacher a while ago that what I really seemed to want in life was to be present. I wasn’t sure what he meant by that all the way up until now when I stumbled across this video. I have cried very few times in my life and when this video showed me what it’s like to feel present, I felt tears run down my face. Thank you so much!
