    I have a similar routine, I’ll either cycle, walk or do yoga in the morning. I’ve not quite gotten away from make-up but I’m getting there ☺️ I’ve definitely simplified what I do wear.

  5. I have a genuine question, why do you burn candles and herbs? It’s burns the oxygen in your house and create harmful smoke, allergens and toxins. That’s why I prefer essential oil diffusers and wax melters.

  10. I just don’t get burn-the air-candle thing and negative emotions right in the morning. Why do you have negative emotions straight from the bed? Do you have to go to the stressful work in the morning?
    I nourish myself through journaling on paper.
