    Yes, please share you/your sister’s experiences with neem stick! I have been planning on eventually growing a neem tree in the future and using that instead of a toothbrush and toothpaste. Also, I enjoyed this video and really loved seeing your cat joining you in your yoga! ?

    I can feel the energy through my phone! I imagine your apartment has an amazing calming feeling.
    I have a similar routine, I’ll either cycle, walk or do yoga in the morning. I’ve not quite gotten away from make-up but I’m getting there ☺️ I’ve definitely simplified what I do wear.

    I have a genuine question, why do you burn candles and herbs? It’s burns the oxygen in your house and create harmful smoke, allergens and toxins. That’s why I prefer essential oil diffusers and wax melters.

  34. I just don’t get burn-the air-candle thing and negative emotions right in the morning. Why do you have negative emotions straight from the bed? Do you have to go to the stressful work in the morning?
    I nourish myself through journaling on paper.

    Thank you about the info on the “imperfect” fruit. They were all fresh and perfect when cut. The grocery store can make me sad sometimes. Also enjoyed clicking a thumbnail that didn’t feature the person half naked in the shower. Kinda bumps me off the spiritual mindset when I’m wondering if you did it to attract views instead of content. ? love your cat yoga
