  1. i searched YouTube for meditations for sleep and i dreaded trying this but instantly it was like i was hypnotized and was in a deep sleep within the first 5 minutes. way to go, i would highly recommend trying this.

  2. I found this video last night and since I have terrible problems falling asleep, I decided to give it a try.   3. Does this work in bed for sleep as im addicted to sleeping pills over decades ive been to many hypnotherapists. I play this on my ipad in bed without headphones as i hate them and it help me rid the fear of not sleeping . Does anyone know how to message Michael Sealy or wether in time even if asleep this video will dissipate the subconscious and conscious fear of not sleeping . Thank you nathen

  4. Hi Michael, on a few occasions now I've been suffering from insomnia. I try everything from tricking my mind to natural sounds. Quiting canabis has insomnia as a withdrawal symptom. I'm always on and of with smoking it. I'm a very deep sleeper. Once my mum rearranged my room while I was dead to the world! Anyway I didn't think this would work but I was very wrong! Im sure saving this for the next phase of unwelcomed unconscious deprivation! Much respect for your work..! L and subbed. ?

  6. there are so many people doing self-hypnosis but i personally know not even one (apart from yoga and tai chi meditators, which is,to me, a different thing). i wonder how i will feel when i meet such a person. love to all of you <3

  7. Are you supposed to remember hypnosis? I remember a small bit right before I snap out of it, but also wondering if Im dreaming? Feels like that state before sleep.

  8. I have so much I want to do to fulfill my dreams but lack direction, motivation, confidence, and end up saying forget it and binge watch reality shows of those who are fulfilling their dreams. Any recommendations? I'm losing sight and falling to bad habits and weight gain. Thanks so mucb!
