The Mindful Movement

The chakra system, when balanced, has the power to transform your life in mind, body, and spirit and allow you to experience profound growth towards your full potential. Chakras are opened with an attitude of love and gratitude and when relaxed. Tonight, I have a special treat for you to enjoy. This meditation is focused on complete relaxation to cultivate love and gratitude, and bring about a balancing of your chakras while you sleep.

For today’s practice, take a moment to set up your space so that you are prepared to drift off to sleep when the practice is finished. There is no formal end to the meditation. Be sure to turn off your auto-play option so that you won’t be disturbed by another video automatically playing.

  2. The perfect meditation, I listen to many channels but this particular meditation hits the nail on the head. Perfect pace and tone, ideal for relaxation.

    For me, guided meditations for sleep need a minimum of 45 minutes of narrative, this video is spot on, thanks for all your efforts, they are greatly appreciated ?

  3. So is it just your voice that enables the body to have these effects? No sounds in the background? It was crazy. I was getting relaxed and as soon as I scanned over my left foot my body felt numb. I thought, “wow that is powerful stuff.” I tend to have sleep paralysis that turns into a lucid dream so I thought “I’m in trouble if I am really awake and I force myself to get up.” But I stayed in bed. And I felt the vibrations and energy. I jumped the moment the track ended even though there was silence. And following the next hour or two I was seeing some pretty fun lights and shapes etc. it seemed to be in a cycle and my chest at my heart chakra was sweating. I am actually exhausted today as right now that just seems common for me balancing my chakras at night. I am happy it is the weekend. I really like this track, I just am not quite used to the way my body reacts lol.

  4. Could you possibly do a guided forest/park hike/walk? Possibly add some metta to the plants “may you be nourished, May your beauty continue to inspire peace in the world”. Thank your for your guidance. You helped me more than you could know.
